1. Cancellation and No-Show
In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

2. Prepayment
A prepayment of the total amount may be charged at any time.

3. Taxes and Service Charges
City tax: €4.50 per person per night (not included in the rate).
VAT: not applicable.
Service charges: not applicable.

• The property offers 2 rooms, each with a private external bathroom, secured with a personal key and for exclusive use of the respective room.

• Located on the 4th floor, accessible with a free elevator.


Stay Policy
- Minimum stay: 2 nights.
- No last-minute bookings.
- Check-in: from 14:00 to 20:00.
- After 20:00: €15 supplement per person.
- After midnight: access is not allowed.
- In-person check-in strictly by appointment only.
- No luggage storage available.
